What experience do you have?

With over 30 years of experience across the board, our team is dedicated to using our skills to accommodate for our clients. From Pools and Spas, Hardscaping and Outdoor Living, we take pride in our work and from start to finish our dedication to the craft shows. You can check out some of our completed works here.

How can I be sure you are the right company for the job?

We are a family owned and operated business which means we build with family in mind. We build from the perspective of each individual client, insuring that all their needs are heard and met. All our quotes are free, so even if you're skeptical, book a free quote and let us show you how we are the right people for your outdoor needs.

Are you licensed and bonded?

Yes we are licensed and bonded! All contractors are required by law to have these documents in order to run a legitimate business.

Can you provide a reference list?

Yes, we can provide any clients a reference list upon request.

Do you have a physical place of business?

Yes, our store is called First Stop Outdoor Living and is located 2101 Auto Center Dr #150, Oxnard, CA 93036.

Will you obtain all the required permits for my job?

Yes, we obtain all required permits from the city for you. We strive to follow all rules and regulations when working a job so that our clients and ourselves are protected.

Do you offer a warranty on your work?

Yes, we offer a warranty on most of the services we provide. Every job is different and they sometimes have different warranties attached to them, these warranties are discussed and tailored to every client upon estimation.

Do you provide me with a contract and payment plan?

Yes, every client receives a detailed contract with the work they wish to be done and along with this contract, they are given a detailed payment plan that states the amount due at each specific milestone in the job.

How will I receive updates and stay in the loop once the job has started?

Our team has stepped up their game when it comes to customer service. Using a secondary program, we are able to enter each client in a system where they receive notifications, receive updates on the work being done to their home and are able to directly communicate with us  via text or email whenever they need to.
